京都市美術館將於2020年春季重新開館

日本京都2019年12月11日 /美通社/ -- 在歷經三年的翻新改造後，京都市美術館(Kyoto City Museum of Art)將於2020年3月21日，以「京都市京瓷美術館」(Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art)的新形象重新開放。85年前，該美術館在京都最負盛名的文化要地岡崎建成，是日本最古老的公共美術館建築之一，深受民眾的喜愛。

約50億日元拿下50年冠名權合同

在歷經三年的翻新改造後，京都市美術館(Kyoto City Museum of Art)將於2020年3月21日，以「京都市京瓷美術館」(Kyoto City KYOCERA Museum of Art)的新形象重新開放。

由於工程造價超過100億日元，為了最大程度地減輕老百姓的負擔，當地政府引入了冠名權制度，並與總部位於京都的大企業 -- 京瓷株式會社(Kyocera Corporation)簽署了為期50年、價值50億日元的合同。

建築師被任命為美術館館長

在針對該美術館的重建，公開徵求意見之後，最終選定了日本建築設計大師青木淳(Jun Aoki)和西澤徹夫的合作方案。青木淳不但是一位國際知名的建築師，還是一位藝術家。他積極參與了此次重建項目，被任命為美術館館長。

新翼樓專注當代藝術，幫助打造更加開放的美術館

在盡最大努力保留主樓原貌的同時，此次重建將對該美術館的展覽功能進行徹底的現代化改造。在青木淳的操刀設計下，美術館將新翼樓和老樓無縫地融為一體，在鏡頭下，無論從哪個角度看都極具美感，而從專注當代藝術的新翼樓的大廳看日式花園更顯雄偉壯觀。此外還大面積擴建了公共空間，咖啡館和商店將吸引更多市民來美術館參觀。

杉本博司舉辦開幕展覽，同年舉行沃霍爾(Warhol)展覽

為紀念主樓的開幕，該美術館將舉辦「250 Years of Kyoto Art Masterpieces」（京都250年藝術傑作展），同時新翼樓將推出藝術家杉本博司(Hiroshi Sugimoto)的展覽「HIROSHI SUGIMOTO - POST VITAM」，杉本博司已經走上國際當代藝術界的最前沿。
