北卡羅萊納州夏洛特2019年11月5日 /美通社/ -- Polypore International, LP（簡稱「Polypore」）的子公司Celgard, LLC（簡稱「Celgard」）向美國加州北區地方法院申請臨時限制令和初步禁令，要求法院迅速給予救濟，禁止被告深圳市星源材質科技股份有限公司和Shenzhen Senior Technology Material Co. Ltd. 如果法院批准了所請求的動議併發布Celgard要求的臨時和初步救濟，星源材質將被臨時和初步禁止（至少也是重要的）披露或使用Celgard的商業秘密和/或機密信息；製作、測試、使用、推廣、許諾銷售、市場推廣、商業化或銷售採用、包含或以全部或部分Celgard的商業秘密和/或機密信息開發的任何類型的隔膜或產品；以及直接和間接侵犯Celgard的專利，包括禁止向美國進口星源材質侵權的隔膜，以及在美國製造、使用、銷售或許諾銷售星源材質侵權的隔膜，包括禁止誘導或鼓勵第三方（其客戶）侵權和違反規定（被禁止的行為）。
