VDS 的主要目標之一是全面開發移動貨幣，讓所有移動用戶都能隨時隨地通過移動賬戶進行轉賬、收款和支付。這將掃除為農村和偏遠地區難以獲得傳統金融服務的人們提供安全便捷的數字金融服務所面臨的障礙。Le Dang Dzung 稱，這也將在越南開啟數字化革命。
