綠葉製藥與PharmaMar在華合作開發該藥物

上海2019年5月17日 /美通社/ -- 「Lurbinectedin二線治療小細胞肺癌的有效性和安全性：臨床II期單藥試驗結果」的研究摘要入選今年的"Best of ASCO"項目，並將作為口頭報告入選ASCO年會。Lurbinectedin（Zepsyre^®）為在研抗腫瘤創新藥，此前已獲美國FDA授予的孤兒藥資格。目前，綠葉製藥與PharmaMar在華合作開發該藥物。

一年一度的ASCO（美國臨床腫瘤學會）年會被譽為全球最負盛名的腫瘤學術大會之一，備受全球腫瘤專家學者關注。"Best of ASCO"進一步將ASCO年會上的亮點濃縮成為期兩天的教育項目，使腫瘤領域的全球臨床工作者更好地瞭解這些有價值的前沿研究。入選的摘要往往體現了與當前腫瘤領域最有相關性和重要性的研究結果。

此次入選"Best of ASCO"項目的在研創新藥Lurbinectedin（Zepsyre^®）由全球領先的生物製藥公司PharmaMar開發。它是海鞘素衍生物，為RNA聚合酶II的抑制劑，通過與DNA雙螺旋結構上的小溝共價結合，抑制RMG1和RMG2，使腫瘤細胞在有絲分裂過程中畸變、凋亡、最終減少細胞增殖。去年8月，美國FDA已授予用於治療小細胞肺癌的Lurbinectedin（Zepsyre^®）的孤兒藥資格。目前，該藥物處於III期臨床試驗階段。

今年4月，綠葉製藥與PharmaMar達成授權研發合作協議，獲得在中國開發及商業化Lurbinectedin（Zepsyre^®）的獨家權利，包括小細胞肺癌在內的該藥物的所有適應症。此外，根據協議，綠葉製藥有權在協議期間要求PharmarMar進行Lurbinectedin（Zepsyre^®）的技術轉移，由綠葉製藥在中國生產該藥物。
